The 11th Congressional District, as currently drawn, never existed before. The incumbent State Central Committee members from the 11th district no longer live in the district, and the new 11th appears to contain portions of Boone, McHenry, Lake, Ogle, Kane, DuPage, Will, and Cook Counties.
